Answer: Typically, for a "Complete Detail" you would drop off at 9:00am then the next morning anytime after 9:00am you can pick up.
2. Question: How often should I have my vehicle waxed?
Answer: Wax twice a year. It is recommended to wax before winter then again in the spring. If a quality wax is used this will protect your
vehicle.
3. Question: How do you remove stains out of carpet or seats?
Answer: There are several ways to remove stains. Chemicals, Extraction, Steam Cleaning. The goal with any stain is to remove it without setting the stain in.
4. Question: Will my vehicle sit outside over night?
Answer: Garrett's will keep your vehicle inside overnight. The keys to your vehicle are never left with the car or in the building over night for you security.
5. Question: Are you insured?
Answer: Yes, we have business insurance. We use a local insurance carrier to help support local businesses.
6. Question: Can you take me home and pick me up?
Answer: Yes, if you cannot arrange transportation and live relatively close to our business. We have done this many times to help accommodate the customer.
